A healthy mother who is not a carrier of the hemophilia gene and a father with hemophilia (recessive trait – h) had two daughters and two sons. Make a scheme for solving the problem. Determine the parental genotypes, genotypes, and phenotypes of the offspring if the blood coagulation trait is sex-linked.
1) parental genotypes: mother ХH ХH (gametes: ХH) and father Хh Y (gametes: Хh and Y);
2) offspring genotypes: daughters ХH Хh, sons ХH Y;
3) daughters – carriers of the hemophilia gene, and sons – healthy
