| Based on Ampere’s hypothesis, explain why when a strip magnet breaks, two magnets are formed again, each with a north and south pole.
In each part of a broken magnet on the surface, all molecular currents are directed in the same way and as a result they form a current on the surface of the magnet, which creates a magnetic field.
