Basic principles of suffrage?

The principle of universal suffrage assumes that a citizen who has reached the age of 18 has the right to elect, and upon reaching the age established by law, to be elected to government and local government bodies.
Equal suffrage – all citizens participate in elections on equal terms.
Direct suffrage — Russian citizens vote exclusively for or against candidates.
Voluntary participation in elections
Secret ballot – lack of control on the part of any superior persons or bodies on the expression of the will of the voter.

Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
