The body can have internal energy and not have mechanical energy. For example, a body that is at rest on the surface of the Earth does not have mechanical energy (if the surface of the Earth is taken as a zero level). All bodies have internal energy, because particles of any body are always moving.
Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
