Can any price increase be considered inflation?

If there is a great demand for a product, then the price for it is raised, and if there is inflation, then there is a sharp rise in the price level of all goods.
Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
