Responsibility concept. Moral and legal responsibility. In any society, people’s behavior can be legally significant, or it can be indifferent to the law. Legally significant in this case is behavior that requires legal regulation, that is, regulated by the rules of law. Legally relevant behavior may be lawful (i.e., comply with the requirements of legal regulations), and it may be illegal – i.e., violate such requirements.
Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
