Can ordinary people influence state policy?

Ordinary people can influence politics through suffrage and active political activity. An example is the results of the referendum held in Crimea in March 2014, when citizens voted to grant autonomy to Crimea.

Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
