Compare the foreign policies of Truman, Eisenhower and Kennedy. Which president’s policies have contributed the most to the consolidation of peace, and which has increased the threat of war?

Truman’s foreign policy: It was he who gave the order to bomb Hiroshima and Nagasaki; the policy was aimed at tough opposition to the USSR and the forces of communism. He recognized his country (USA) as the only leader in the whole world.
Eisenhower’s Foreign Policy: He ended the Korean War. He was eager to reopen the Soviet-American summits, however, he strongly feared the communist threat.
Kennedy’s Foreign Policy: Despite the fact that he was very eager to reach “new frontiers” both technically and politically, in order to regain leading positions in the world, he managed to overcome the threat of the Cold War and achieved a relaxation of international tension.
