Describe an experience that confirms that an electric field has energy.

We charge two metal plates with charges of opposite signs, located on insulating supports not far from each other. The oppositely charged plates are attracted to each other. This means that by pushing them apart, we are doing work against electrical forces. According to the law of conservation of energy, we increase the energy of the electric field in the space between the plates.
Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
