The study of living organisms is carried out at different levels:
a. The cellular level is the structure of the cell as a structural unit of the living, the structure and work of all organelles of the cell, the vital processes at the cell level. This is the science of cytology.
b. The organ-tissue level is the study of the structure and function of the tissues and organs that they form. Tissues are studied by the science of histology. Organs studying science anatomy. The processes taking place in organs are studied by physiology.
с. Population-species level – studies supraorganismal systems – populations, species. All processes taking place at the historical (phylogenetic) level. The processes of the formation of new species.
Biocenotic and biogeocenotic levels – study the problems of the relationship between individuals, the population of different species in communities, the problems of the sustainability of natural ecosystems.
d. Biosphere level – solves global problems associated with the influence of human activity on the nature of the Earth.
Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
