Describe the main features of primitive art.

– Primitive art reflected the first ideas of man about the world around him;
– Thanks to art, knowledge and skills were preserved and transferred, people communicated with each other;
– in addition to animals, it depicts heaven, earth, fire, the sun;
– generalization and even schematism arises, which is also manifested when depicting a person;
– plastic made of stone, bone, horn and clay is experiencing a real flourishing;
– originally, music, songs, dances and pantomime were closely associated with rituals, but over time they increasingly acquired an independent character;
– along with myths, verbal art took other forms: fairy tales, stories, proverbs and sayings;
– applied arts were widely developed (making various kinds of decorations for things and clothes)
