Does the friction force act on the cabinet in the room? If so, which one?

| If the floor were strictly horizontal, there would be no friction force on the cabinet, since there would be no force tending to move the cabinet. In reality, the floor is never strictly horizontal, therefore the static friction force acts on the cabinet, but its value is small compared to other forces acting on the cabinet (gravity and elastic force).
