Law is part of social control, it expresses the basic tenets of a given society, based on state support. Law as a social institution is a way of regulating people’s behavior, a measure of their freedom, which finds its expression in a system of generally binding social norms established or sanctioned by the state, regulating the actions, behavior and relations of people and secured by state coercion or its threat.
Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
