Explain the difference between a “shooting star” and a “tailed star”.

A “shooting star” is a meteor phenomenon that occurs when a small body flies at cosmic speed in the Earth’s atmosphere, and a “tailed star” is a bright comet (a star moving very slowly across the starry sky in a highly elongated orbit around the Sun.
