a) a real enlarged image of the object is obtained in the microscope using the objective, which is located between the eyepiece and the focus of the eyepiece, thus, an enlarged imaginary image of the object is formed in the eyepiece; b) an image of distant objects is formed in the telescope in the focal plane of the eyepiece.
