Explain the role of skin as a sense organ

Skin is an important sensory organ. A large number of different types of skin receptors that feel touch, cold, heat, pain, are located in the dermis. The most sensitive to external influences is the skin of the lips, fingers, nose, eyelids, and the least – the skin of the soles of the back.
Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
