For what purposes can mental self-regulation be used?

Mental self-regulation can be used:
• to calm, brief rest and relieve nervous overloads, prevent mental and physical stress and fatigue, increase efficiency (for example, before duty, on a responsible task);
• to form the mood and readiness to perform official tasks, to overcome difficulties, a surge of strength and self-confidence;
• to eliminate their shortcomings, to eradicate negative habits, to correct their behavior in relationships with others.

Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
