Socio-economic rights include: the right to own property, the right to education, the right to health and medical care, the right to work, the right to rest, the right to social security, by age, in case of illness, disability, loss of breadwinner, etc. ., the right to freedom of choice of labor. Economic rights represent the right to work and the right to rest, therefore every working person exercises economic rights on a daily basis.
Political rights and freedoms associated with the possession of citizenship include: the right to participate in the management of state affairs, the right to vote, the right to be elected, the right to association, including the right to form trade unions to protect their interests, the right to hold meetings, rallies, demonstrations, processions, pickets.
The most relevant today are the right to education because I am now studying at school for free, the right to social security, the state has increased the retirement age since 2018, the right to housing – many people do not have a home even now.
