Give examples of the manifestation of extra-legal relations in the labor sphere. What are their negative consequences? Can they be overcome with legal regulations?
Examples of non-legal relations in the world of work:
1. Financial relations – payment of wages, bonuses, various benefits, etc .;
2. Social relations – employment, the provision of a social package by the employer to the employee;
3. Business relations – professional ethics.
Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
