How are flower buds different from leaf buds?

Leafy, buds contain in its entirety the rudiments of leaves. Flower buds contain the rudiments of leaves, the rudiments of an inflorescence or flower. Leaf buds are usually elongated, flower buds are large, rounded in shape.
