How did the fascist regime ensure control over society?
The fascist regime, in principle, is associated by everyone with great negativity, since it was built on forceful, violent methods. Control over society was exercised by the state in all spheres of life and is extremely tough. All workers and entrepreneurs were now part of corporations, where they had to negotiate through the mediation of the state. The society “Dopolavoro” (“after work”) was also created, which was engaged in the leisure of society after work: organized trips to the theater, cinema, mass entertainment, etc. The ideology of fascism had to be supported by everyone, opponents of the regime were sent to prison. In general, the fascist regime is the same totalitarian regime that took place in many countries, including Russia during the years of the USSR.
