How did the Ottoman Empire originate?

OTTOMAN (OTTOMAN) EMPIRE was created in 1299 by Turkic tribes in Anatolia under the leadership of Ulubey Osman Gazi. After the fall of Byzantium in 1453, the Ottoman state turned into an empire and became a sultanate. The fall of Constantinople was a major event in the development of Turkish statehood, since after 1453 the Ottoman Empire was finally entrenched in Europe, which is an important characteristic of modern Turkey. The Ottoman dynasty reigned for 623 years, from July 27, 1299 to November 1, 1922, when the monarchy was abolished after the defeat of the Ottoman Empire in the First World War, the signing of the Lausanne Peace Treaty and the formation of the Turkish Republic.
