How did the views of the leaders of the Comintern and the Socialist International differ?

The First World War ended in 1918.
The Comintern was created in 1919, the Socialist International in 1951. From this we can conclude that neither the Comintern nor the Socialist International have anything to do with the First World War.
Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
