How do quarks interact?

Usually they talk about red, blue and yellow colors of quarks. Antiquarks are respectively anti-red, anti-blue and anti-yellow. The colors of the quarks neutralize each other upon addition, so all hadrons are colorless. The interaction of quarks occurs only inside hadrons.
