How does a person use mold mushrooms?

1) A person most often uses them in medicine, food industry and agriculture.
2) In medicine – receive antibiotics (penicillin) and vitamins;
3) In the food industry – Strains of aspergillus fungus are used to produce citric acid. Other types of molds are used to make special types of cheese (Roquefort, Camembert)

Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
