How important is the ability to manage community processes?

A person can harvest a rich crop in the form of clean products, artificially supporting the community in the early stages of succession. On the other hand, the sustainability of a mature community, its ability to withstand the effects of physical factors (and even control them) is a very important and highly desirable property. Moreover, various disturbances of mature ecosystems can lead to various ecological disturbances. The transformation of the biosphere into one vast carpet of arable land is fraught with great danger. Therefore, it is necessary to learn how to properly manage processes in the community in order to prevent an environmental disaster.
Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
