How is authoritarianism different from totalitarianism?

Under authoritarianism, the government does not control society as strictly and does not impose the only correct ideologies, does not react so sharply to the opinions and moods of people as in totalitarianism. Authoritarianism recognizes human independence in non-political spheres.

Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
