How is lymph different from blood?

Lymph is formed from blood plasma, but without red blood cells
Blood serves to supply oxygen and beneficial substances to organs and tissues, lymph is drainage, which serves to remove harmful substances from the body.
The speed of blood flow is much higher than the speed of lymph.
A person can change the blood speed by increasing or decreasing blood pressure, the speed of the lymph flow cannot be changed.
