How is requisition different from nationalization?

Requisition is the compulsory seizure of the owner’s property in the interests of the state.
Nationalization is the alienation and transfer of property of individuals, companies, enterprises into state ownership.
In case of requisition, the property of the owner is confiscated in the interests of the state, and in case of nationalization, it is transferred to the ownership of the state.
