How is the clean line of organisms different from hybrids? How can you get hybrids?

Organisms homozygous for any one or more of the traits are called the clean line. They are obtained from one self-pollinating, self-fertilizing individual or from two organisms with the same manifestation of symptoms for several generations.
Organisms obtained by crossing two clean lines are called hybrids. Hybrids can be obtained by crossing organisms with different traits.
