Having decided to start regular physical education, but not having sufficient skills for constant physical activity, the following rules should be followed:
• make sure that you have the appropriate clothing and equipment, if necessary, purchase what you need;
• at first, do not strive for high results, increase loads gradually;
• perform warm-up exercises before each lesson to reduce the likelihood of stretching and rupture of muscles, ligaments, and tendons;
• if during the performance of any movement or exercise there is pain or other unpleasant sensations, it is necessary to immediately stop exercising.
Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
