How, using a psychrometer, can I find out the relative humidity?

A psychrometer is a device with two thermometers, one of them in a damp cloth. To determine the relative humidity of the air, you need to record the readings of both thermometers, and from the special psychometric table to find the relative temperature difference in air humidity.
