How was the Indo-Gangetic lowland formed? What plains of Eurasia are of similar origin?

Indo – Gangetic lowland was formed by sediments of the Indus and Ganges rivers. Also, the Mesopotamian lowland was formed by sediments of the Tigris and Euphrates rivers and the Padansky lowland by the Po river.
