How would the Universe develop if hydrogen in the first minutes of its existence was completely transformed into helium.

Galaxies and clusters of galaxies would form in the Universe, but they would be much darker, since only very large bodies with a mass of several solar masses would become stars, in which thermonuclear reactions of helium combustion would begin. Moreover, the lifetime of these stars would be extremely short – several million years. The universe would quickly become completely dark.
