| In a DNA molecule, the amount of nucleotides with guanine is 30% of the total. How many nucleotides in% with thymine are in this molecule?
Chargaff’s rule: (A + T) + (G + C) = 100%, while A = T; G = C
Г = 30%, so C = 30%. T = (100% – (30% + 30%)) / 2 = 20%.
