In a number of departments of higher plants during evolution, independence from water increased more and more. List which aromorphoses made it possible to reduce the dependence on water during the transition to each subsequent section. List at least four aromorphoses.

1) The first land plants – bryophytes – began the formation of specialized organs for photosynthesis (leaves) and reproduction, they appeared true tissues, but they are still very dependent on water.
2) Fern-like appeared roots and a conductive system, which allowed to capture drier areas compared with bryophytes.
3) Gymnosperms for the first time during the evolution appeared seeds and the delivery of sperm to the egg using pollen transmitted through the air.
4) Angiosperms increased their independence from water even more, since their embryo develops inside the ovary of the pestle and is thus protected from drying out and damage, unlike the gymnosperm embryo.
