In dry steppes and semi-deserts, some types of mosses grow on the soil surface. When and under what conditions is their sexual reproduction possible?
Since this is a drier climate than ours, and moisture is needed for the reproduction of mosses, reproduction is possible during the rainy season at night or early in the morning (when it is cooler). They, like all higher spore plants, multiply by spores. They spread mainly in humid places. Like algae, they are phototrophs – they synthesize organic matter from sunlight.
Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
