According to Chargaff’s rule, the amount of T = A = = 16% in the DNA molecule. Two types of nucleotides account for 16% • 2 = 32%, which means that the rest of the nucleotides – (100% – 32% = 68%). Since, according to Chargaff’s rule, the number
G = C = 68: 2 = 34%,
therefore, Г = 34%.
