In tomatoes, the red color of R fruits dominates over yellow r, and the tallness of H over dwarf h. The diheterozygous red-fruited tall plant is crossed with a yellow-fruited dwarf plant. Determine: 1) genotype and phenotype of F1 hybrids; 2) offspring from analyzing crosses of F1 hybrids.
1) Genotypes F1 – RrHh, Rrhh, rrHh, rrhh in a ratio of 1: 1: 1: 1, phenotypes – tall plants with red fruits, tall with yellow fruits, dwarf with red and dwarf with yellow in a ratio of 1: 1: 1: 1 ;
2) a) genotypes of the offspring from the analyzing crossing of the F1 hybrid with the RrHh genotype – RrHh, Rrhh, rrHh, rrhh in a ratio of 1: 1: 1: 1, phenotypes – tall plants with red fruits, tall with yellow ones, dwarf with red and dwarf with yellow in a ratio of 1: 1: 1: 1;
b) genotypes of offspring from the analyzing crossing of the F1 hybrid with the Rrhh genotype – Rrhh, rrhh in a 1: 1 ratio, phenotypes – plants of normal growth with red and dwarf plants with yellow fruits in a 1: 1 ratio;
c) the genotypes of the offspring from the analyzing crossing of the F1 hybrid with the rrHh genotype – rrHh, rrhh in a 1: 1 ratio, phenotypes – dwarf plants with red and dwarf plants with yellow fruits in a 1: 1 ratio;
d) the genotype of the offspring from the analyzing crossing of the F1 hybrid with the rrhh – rrhh genotype, the phenotype is dwarf plants with yellow fruits.
