| The plaintiff is a participant in a civil procedure, in defense of subjective rights and (or) protected interests of which a civil case has been initiated. In a broad sense, the word “Plaintiff” is used to refer to any person who makes an application or complaint to the judicial authorities. An appeal to the court to protect the rights and interests of the plaintiff by resolving the existing dispute is called a claim and is drawn up with a statement of claim.
