Is it possible (and why) to visually observe the Moon on the eve of a lunar eclipse and on the eve of a solar eclipse?

1) During a lunar eclipse, the location of objects looks like the Sun, Earth, Moon. At the same time, the Moon is always in the full moon phase, which means that it is always visible one day before the lunar eclipse.
2) During a solar eclipse, the Moon location of objects looks like – the Sun, the Moon Earth. At the same time, the Moon is always in the new moon phase, which means that a day before the solar eclipse it cannot be seen (facing the dark side, the bright Sun shines)
