Is it possible to get an interferometric pattern from two stars? from one star?

| An interference pattern cannot be obtained from two stars, since stars are not coherent light sources.
This can be done from one star if, by dividing the radiation, a phase difference between the streams is created. An interference pattern from a single star is also observed when light is diffracted by the lens barrel and in devices such as a Michelson interferometer.
