Is the “full moon” phase possible for the satellites of Mars?

Both satellites of Mars – Phobos and Deimos – cannot be observed from the surface of the planet in the “full moon” phase, since when approaching this phase they enter the planet’s shadow. The main reason for this is the very close location of satellites to the planet. A similar phenomenon occurs with artificial earth satellites.
