Is the Metagalaxy in a state of thermodynamic equilibrium

In an expanding universe, any area of it emits more electromagnetic radiation than it receives from outside. This phenomenon is called Olbers’ photometric paradox. This observational fact proves that the Metagalaxy is not in a state of thermodynamic equilibrium.
