Functions of cities: non-economic (administrative, scientific, recreational) and economic (industrial, transport, trade).

Cities are human settlements with a large number of inhabitants and containing all elements of infrastructure. The city can perform the following functions: administrative (the city has the governing bodies of a region or country), economic or industrial (most industrial enterprises are located in cities), cultural (cultural centers), scientific (science centers), recreational (resort cities). Most cities combine all these functions. But sometimes it performs only one or more.

Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
