Mechanical (motor): chopping food, moving it along the digestive tract, excreting undigested residues. Secretory (chemical): the production of enzymes, digestive juices, saliva and bile. Absorbent: the entry into the blood of the breakdown products of complex organic substances.
Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
