List the similarities and differences between the Czech Reformation of the 15th century and the Dutch Reformation of the 16th century.

Both Reformations had an urban origin, but the Dutch one retained this feature (due to the predominance of the urban population), and the Czech one lost it (most of the dissatisfied poor were peasants). The rest of the programs of these Reformations are similar.
