The main personal human rights are the right to life (violation of the right – killing a person), the right to housing (implementation – the state gives all citizens the opportunity to have housing; violation – most of the citizens are not provided with housing, it was not enough, for example), the right to freedom ( violation – imprisonment without fault), the right to self-defense (implementation – when attacked, a person defended himself and prevented the threat; violation – a person incurred criminal responsibility for self-defense).
I can exercise my personal rights every day. For example, I live, express my opinion, move freely, have the right to inviolability of the person, home and private life, to privacy of correspondence, the right to protect my honor and dignity.
