Methods and techniques of school education in Ancient Egypt

• The child had to: listen and obey. “Obedience is the best in man.” The teacher used to address the student with these words: “Be attentive and listen to my speech; do not forget anything that I tell you. ”
• physical punishment, “The child carries an ear on his back, you need to beat him so that he can hear.”
• Moral education – through memorizing moralizing instructions “It is better to rely on philanthropy than on gold in a chest”, “It is better to eat dry bread and rejoice in heart than to be rich, but to know sorrow”.

Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
