Let’s designate the angle of inclination of the plane of the planet’s equator to the plane of its orbit as e. Then on the day of the summer solstice, the central star will have declination e and fall into the zenith at the same latitude, this will be the northern tropic. And at latitude (90), the lower climax of the star will be on the northern horizon, this will be the polar circle. If it coincides with the tropic, we get e = 45.
